How this is worked out. These are our assumptions, not research: the share of missed calls that still turn into a conversation is 15% for "Voicemail / No answer", 60% for "I answer myself", 75% for "Office staff / receptionist", 50% for "Answering service", and 95% with VoiceCharm. 40% of those conversations become jobs at your average job value. VoiceCharm's cost assumes every missed call is answered and runs about 2.5 minutes, with the free minutes left out. The staff and answering-service costs are rough placeholders. Your own numbers will differ.
