HVAC after-hours answering service
Every night call answered. Emergencies ring your on-call phone.
Your phone works the same during the day. After you close, your AI answers, takes the address and what the system is doing, and phones your on-call tech when it’s a no-heat or no-AC call. Everything else lands in one email when you open.
50¢ a minute. No monthly fee.

What happens when a call comes in at 2am
- 1
It’s 2:07am and 19°F out. A homeowner calls because the furnace quit.
- 2
Your AI answers and asks your questions: the address, what the system is doing, how urgent it is.
- 3
No heat is an emergency. The AI takes the details and tells the caller your on-call tech is being alerted.
- 4
VoiceCharm phones your on-call number with a short recorded message — who called, their number, what’s wrong. You press 1 to confirm.
- 5
Nobody presses 1? It calls again, up to 3 tries a few minutes apart. The full details are emailed too.
- 6
You call the homeowner back. The call is also in your morning email, at the top.
The emergency alert
An email at 2am doesn't wake anyone up. So for an emergency, VoiceCharm phones your on-call number right away and plays a short recorded message: who called, their number and what's wrong.
What sets it off
- No heat
- No AC
- A leak
- Flooding
The AI takes the address and the details, then tells the caller the on-call tech is being alerted.
How the call to you works
Your on-call phone rings. You hear the message and press 1 to confirm.
Nobody presses 1? It calls again, up to 3 tries a few minutes apart. The full details go to your email too, so nothing lives only in a voicemail.
It doesn't put the caller through to you. You call them back from the number in the message.
Gas smell, smoke, sparks or a CO alarm: the AI tells the caller to leave the building and call 911 from outside. Then it takes the details and phones your on-call tech the same way.
One email when you open
Every morning at your opening time you get one email. It lists every overnight call and what each caller needed, urgent ones first. Read it with your coffee and start calling back.
The questions are yours. For example: the address, AC or heat, what the system is doing, how old it is, how urgent it is.
- URGENTNo heat, furnace quit · on-call tech alerted
- AC tune-up · wants a call this week
- New system quote · unit is 18 years old

What it costs
50¢ a minute. No monthly fee.
There's no monthly fee and no trial clock. Your first 30 minutes of calls are free. After that it's 50¢ a minute, billed by the second, once a month, to the card on file. Calls under 20 seconds are free, and so are your own test calls.
Example: 30 after-hours calls a month at about 2.5 minutes each is about $37.50.
That's an illustration, not a typical shop. Your month depends on how many calls come in and how long they run.
30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, ask for a full refund.
