Can the AI identify different pest types?
It doesn't identify pests. It asks what the caller is seeing — ants, roaches, termites, rodents, bed bugs, wasps — and puts their answer in the email, so you know what to bring.
Will it know my service area?
No. It doesn't check a caller's address against a map or a zip list. It asks for the address on every call and puts it in the email, so you can see where the job is before you call back.
How does it handle emergency vs routine calls?
Both are taken the same way: name, number, address and the answers to your questions, emailed to you when the call ends. Add 'How soon do you need someone out?' to your questions and the answer is in the email. It never promises the caller a time. You decide who to call back first.
What about recurring service plan questions?
It takes the caller's details and what they're asking about, and tells them you'll call back. It doesn't quote plan prices. You explain the plan and close it on the callback.
