How does it handle 'no AC' emergency calls?
It takes the caller's name, number, address and what the system is doing, and tells them your on-call tech is being alerted. VoiceCharm phones your on-call number with a short recorded message. Press 1 to confirm; if nobody does, it calls again, up to 3 tries a few minutes apart. On every urgent call, the first thing it says is: “If you smell gas or smoke, see sparks, or a carbon monoxide alarm is going off, leave the building and call 911 from outside.” It never promises a time. Everything that isn't urgent is in one email when you open.
Can it ask about the unit brand and model?
