Common Questions
Will callers know it's an AI?
If they ask, yes. It answers with your business name and holds a natural conversation, and when a caller asks whether they're talking to an AI it says so. The default greeting also tells callers the call may be recorded.
What if there's a real emergency — like a burst pipe?
For flooding, a gas or burning smell, sparks or no heat in freezing weather, it skips the rest of your questions. HVAC callers first hear the gas and 911 safety line; plumbing callers are told to shut off the main water valve. The AI takes the name, address and callback number. Then VoiceCharm phones your on-call number. Press 1 to confirm. If no one does, it tries again a few minutes later, up to 3 tries. The details are emailed too. It never promises the caller a time.
How long does setup take?
